PERFORMANCE FOR CRITICAL SYSTEMS
Our encoders deliver up to 25-bit resolution and accuracy up to ±3 arcsec. They ensure precise positioning, low latency, and excellent stability for dynamic applications.
Key Applications
Our solutions are implemented in space mechanisms (SADM, CMG), turrets, radar systems, and eletro-optics systems. They enhance pointing accuracy and tracking performance for critical systems.
STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROLS
All stages of encoder production – including component storage, manufacturing, and inspection – are carried out in an ISO 8 cleanroom environment.
All our encoders undergo reliability screening programs including :
- Burn-in testing
- In-process inspections
- Thermal cycling tests
Each encoder is individually tested and delivered with an Individual Acceptance Test Report (PVRI), documenting all inspection results :
- Dynamic testing across specified temperature ranges
- Accuracy verification
Among our services, we also provide a Product Assurance File including MTBF calculations, FMECA analysis, Stress analyses in compliance with applicable standards for the Aerospace and Defense industries.

Certified to NF EN 9100:2018, CODECHAMP’s organization meets the requirements of its prestigious customers and reference programs. CODECHAMP is also qualified by the European and French space agencies (ESA, CNES).
